Reefer Dispatch

Refrigerated freight pays well when it's handled right. We book produce, meat, dairy and frozen loads, confirm temperatures and appointments, and keep the paperwork tight.

What We Handle for Reefers

On top of everything in our standard dispatch service, here's what matters most for your equipment.

  • Temperatures Confirmed

We confirm the set point, continuous or cycle mode, and any pre-cooling on every rate con before you accept.

  • Appointment Planning

Reefer freight runs on tight pickup and delivery windows, so we plan your hours of service around them.

  • Dry Loads When They Pay More

A reefer can haul dry freight too, so we use both markets to keep you loaded.

  • Protection Against Claims

We remind you to record seal numbers and temperatures on the BOL, which protects you if a receiver disputes a load.

  • Detention and Layover

When a receiver holds you or a delivery gets pushed, we claim detention or layover.

Good to Know

Reefer loads usually pay more than dry van to cover the fuel for the reefer unit and the risk of temperature claims.

A clean, pre-cooled trailer and pulp temperatures checked at pickup go a long way toward a smooth delivery.
