- Non-Refundable Circumstances: Payments made after explicit approval of completed services are non-refundable, as the customer has already reviewed and agreed upon the deliverables. Refunds will not be processed for disputes arising due to changes in customer requirements.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
- Service Cancellation: Customers may cancel their requests for services at any time before the commencement of the project or service without incurring any charges. For ongoing services, cancellations must be requested in writing, and charges will apply to past work only.
- Notice Period: For long-term or recurring projects, a minimum 7-day notice is required for cancellations. Charges will be calculated based on the completed milestones or deliverables.

In the event of a disagreement regarding service quality or fulfillment, we encourage customers to reach out to our support team. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Customers can buy nothing from our website directly, so we don’t directly charge through the website. After the customer lands on a website, they can contact the sales team, and the same terms & conditions agreement will be signed by email.
