• Service Cancellation: Customers may cancel their requests for services at any time before the commencement of the project or service without incurring any charges. For ongoing services, cancellations must be requested in writing, and charges will apply to past work only.
• Notice Period: For long-term or recurring projects, a minimum 7-day notice is required for cancellations. Charges will be calculated based on the completed milestones or deliverables.

Customers can buy nothing from our website directly, so we don’t directly charge through the website. After the customer lands on a website, they can contact the sales team, and the same terms & conditions agreement will be signed by email.
